"Decent Activity, But the Communication Was Frustrating"
The activity itself was fine, but the communication made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Before we went, I had a few questions, and the replies felt kind of rushed and unclear, so I was already worried we might miss something important or not get the experience we paid for. Then at check-in, different staff members gave us different information, which left us confused. No one was outright rude, but they didn’t really make things easier either. For the price, I just expected clearer communication and a smoother process, especially when you don’t want to feel like you’re losing out because of mixed messages...

"Wish I’d read the reviews first"
I had to cancel, and getting my refund ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The email replies were really slow, and I had to follow up more than once just to get things moving. They did refund me eventually, but the whole process felt messy and dragged out. i wish I had read the reviews first so I knew what to expect

"First time went smoother than I expected"
I was nervous going in since it was my first time, but the staff were really patient with me. They explained everything step by step and kept checking in, like, “You’re doing fine” and “Let us know if you need a minute,” which helped a lot. There was one part that felt a little rushed, but overall they made the whole thing way less intimidating and easy to get started.

"Worth It for the Price"
I think it was worth the money. I did go back and forth a bit before buying it because I didn’t want to spend on something I wouldn’t use, but after trying it out, I feel like I made the right call. For the price, it does what I need it to do, and I’m happy with it.

"Nice staff, slower check-in"
The staff were really nice and friendly, but I did feel like check-in took longer than I expected. You’re kind of just standing there waiting for a bit, which isn’t a huge deal, but it would’ve been better if it moved a little faster.

"Nice guides, but way too rushed"
The guides were friendly and seemed like nice people, but the tour felt really rushed from start to finish. We barely had time to take in each stop or ask questions before we were moving on again. It kind of felt like they were just trying to get everyone through as quickly as possible. If this is how they usually run their tours, I’d say it’s probably better for people who just want a quick overview rather than a relaxed experience.

"Super easy shuttle ride"
Shuttle showed up right on time, which was awesome. Driver was chill and the whole ride was easy, no stress at all. Getting back after the zipline was super simple too, worked out great.

"Helpful staff, just a bit of a wait"
I had a small issue with my booking, I think it was sometime last week or maybe the week before, and they got back to me quickly. The staff member I spoke with was really nice and managed to sort everything out without much hassle. The only downside was that I had to sit on hold for a little while, but overall it was a decent experience.

Went with 6 friends it wasn't no boring day. The guides kept everything moving, made sure everyone was included, and none of us felt left out. We all had a great time and I'd definitely go again.

Had a awesome time at climbworks. The guides were super chill and made everything fun, not all boring or overly serious. The ziplines were way better then I expected, and I was laughing pretty much the whole time. Even if your a little nervous at first, it gets fun really fast. I’d 100% go again.

"Clean Gear Made Me Feel Way Better"
I had a really good time here, i blame myself for being a little nervous at first because the equipment was way cleaner than I expected. The helmets and harnesses looked well taken care of, not gross, beat up, or worn out. That made me feel a lot more comfortable before getting started. The staff checked everything quickly too, so the whole process felt easy and reassuring.

The tour itself was okay... nothing amazing, but not bad either. What threw me off was the harness and helmets, they felt worn out. I didn’t feel totally confident using them, to be honest. I guess I just expected the equipment to be in better shape.
